The author is asking the wrong questions. I took hermeneutics from different teachers in 3 different seminaries. I've taught hermeneutics. It seems to me that maybe we should begin by asking if Jesus is the Word, then how is the Bible the Word of God? If we call the life story of Jesus the gospel, how did Jesus preach the gospel? Why do we want to fit on someones scale?

I took it and scored a 37, I think alot is based on cultural and how we interpret things in the bible. Which reminds me of what Jesus said to the Pharisees about traditions.

I was glad that the question on "washing feet" included a possible answer "can be expressed in other ways today." Well, I enjoyed taking the quiz, but I thought some questions were probably better than others at developing a consistent picture.
