I have always known myself to be open-minded and flexible when it comes to issues of faith. So scoring 59 and being called a moderate was not totally a suprise to me. I grew up in a conservative denomination but as I went to college, I joined the pentecostals. Things I learnt and observed among the pentecostals challenged a lot of my conservative ideas. Since then I decided to always be opened before makking a judgement over matters of faith and the interpretations of scripture.

You can hold a conservative hermenuetic and not believe that all of the Levitical code is applicable today. Why? B/c you take a certain conservative view of the New Testament.

McKnight forces you into stereotypes without any choice for what the truly "correct" answer might be. In some cases, the "best choice" was not a biblical choice, but there was no response for "none of the above." The quiz also reveals McKnight's own lack of understanding on several issues. As one example, he fails to recognize the Sabbath was, is, and always will be the Seventh Day, as given to the Jews. However, it was not and is not required for Gentile believers, whom Scripture records meeting on the First Day to commemorate the resurrection and New Life - New Covenant. The two are not to be confused, and his choices also do not consider conscience of the believer (Rom 14:5).
