This quiz is unfairly written. As an Anglican, much of what I believe is traced back to the early church, and in some cases, directly to the Apostles. However, this quiz is written from a solely Protestant Evangelical persective, and therefore encorperates only traditions and interpretations that have been created since the Reformation, or, perhaps, the Evangelical movement of the mid-ninteenth century. I commend the writers for challenging the contemporary church on their knowledge of the interpretation of Scripture, but caution them against making any kind of statement pertaining to the ancient beliefs and practices of congregations outside of their immediate sphere of influence. Remember, there has never been a generation which agreed entirely on the interpretation of Scripture. Even the Apostles had differing views from time to time.

Didn't find it too difficult a test. With a score of 42.....conservative..........not surprisingly, as conservative in many areas of my life. In regard to the Holy Bible and study, when trying to figure out what's right and wrong...... study Matthew 5-7 and Colossians .......... the correct answers are there for all of us ........for all our choices.. ....for all time. Understanding God's word isn't that hard .... believing, accepting and obeying is the catch. The big "Test". Just like all tests, modifying the right answer may seem ok to the one taking the test but then again, not so to the teacher.

I reall enjoyed this! I never realized that I believed as I do. I feel that when this is taken not literally to "label" but to asses what you know and then to challenge what you believe, it opens yuou eyes and makes you think. Especially the last question about the sabbath. I work on both Sunday and Saturday. I am a Children's minister and Saturday most of my events are planned to work with my kids schedules and its also my preperation day. and then Sunday is the day that I prepare for. So in essence if I were to answer justifyably would I then be called a hypocrite?? Its just a thought and thank you for making me think. I feel like we should think more, and blab less on what we half way know.....hence meditating on sripture! But all in all I found it engaging and helpful! thanks!
