Should not the questions regarding "the Bible" actually be addressed to the original autograph manuscripts (which we do not have at the present time) rather than the "Bible"? Otherwise, which "Bible" (book) is being referred to (KJV, ASV, NASB, NIV, TNIV, etc.)?

the test assumes a level of belief not met by many who call themselves christian, forcing them to choose a meaningless option

Lame. The more you reject church tradition and historical context, and the more you lean on charismatic and individualistic interpretations, the more "conservative" you are. Bogus. Add to this the fact that the author is clearly unfamiliar with a variety of common theological viewpoints -- not to mention standard hermeneutical ideas -- and you're left with an entirely worthless test. Rather than calling this the Hermeneutics Quiz, they should call it "Quiz to find out what Scot McKnight calls you."
